ImageBulk — open-source software used in the free tools

The free tools on www.imagebulk.com run in your browser. These are the
open-source libraries they load to do that, the licence each is used under, and
where its source code can be obtained. Each library is loaded only by the tool
that needs it, as its own separate file.

Image decoding
